With an impressive production area of over 13,000 square meters, the company has ample space for a specialized machinery park. This includes machining centers, EDM machines, hydraulic presses, and automated systems, equipping Weba Olomouc with all the necessary capacities to manufacture high-quality hot forming tools and serial components.
QUALIFIED MASS PRODUCER
The particular strength of weba Olomouc lies in its expertise and capacity in mass production. The availability of advanced hydraulic series presses plays a central role, enabling the manufacture of complex structural parts from a variety of aluminum and steel materials. Adaptability to different customer requirements is ensured by the use of two different furnace technologies – batch furnaces and continuous roller hearth furnaces – which allow for precise alignment with specific material and quality needs.
COMPETENCE CENTER FOR MACHINING
The Olomouc branch also serves as the machining competence center for the weba group and is characterized by an extensive and versatile machinery park.
